"Good things: -Apartment for two is adequate. Bathroom is spacious and nice. There was always enough hot water and the water pressure was fine. -Every 3 days we got a lot of clean bathroom and kitchen towels and garbage was taken out. -Beaches are pebbled and swimming shoes are a must. You can easily and cheaply buy them in the village. -Beaches are in the shade in the afternoon (late August). The sea was very clean. -There are two supermarkets, a post office, farmer’s and fish market, and...

"I had been in Zadar before and liked the location of my previous stay. I thought the Mediteran was a lot further away from the center. When I went looking for bus stops, I discovered it was about 200 feet away from where I stayed last time I was there. It's about an hour walk to the old city, but bus service is generally on the half hour (hourly on weekends), so plan accordingly. The hotel and staff were just generally excellent!"
