"The hotel was attractive with a beautiful staircase leading up to the reception area on the second floor. Teh bedroomsand the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was outstanding.
However, the reception desk is on the second floor and the only way to get theras attractive the staircase is, it was difficult getting to the reception desk which is on the second floor. . arew with luggage as there was son visible evelavtor. ombersome as there was no visibe elevator available. the entrance was cumbersome due to Starbuck's on the bottom floor. In order to get our luggage up to the reception area, we had to go through Starbuck's back area to get to the elevator. As attractive the staircase is leadidng to the reception, I felt it was a bit dangerous, as there is only one hand rail asending up the right side of the stairs."
