10/10 Excellent

"Great access from Dampoort station and only a short walk into the city centre. Not a lot of shops nearby but basics are available in the foyer. Rooms located in the same building as Ibis Budget and share the same reception. Quick and easy check-in, including payment of city taxes. Secure building with card access to the building late at night as well as at all times via the elevators. Clean, comfortable room; probably one of the better nights' sleep I've had away. Always nice to have the kitchenette option even if not used. Good shower."

"Very central so easy to reach anywhere in the city. Staff were helpful. Liked the 5 Euro voucher if you don't need your room serviced. Useful tourist maps and booklets available. Coffee, tea, water, fruit and breads available free in the reception lounge area. Air conditioning perfect as it was very hot during our stay."
