"コンセプトルームは、どれもこれも個性があって良い。 コンセプトルームさがんは湯野浜の風景をそのまま表していて、とても居心地の良い部屋だった。 またお世話になりたい。 ただ、上の部屋の足音や騒音が凄く気になった点が残念だった。 最上階蓬莱（11階）とコンセプトルーム（8階）の間にスタンダードルーム、デラックスルーム（9.10階）が有るのは配置的に何なのだろう？ コンセプトルームは、ある意味その空間を楽しみに行くお客様も多いわけだから、もう少し落ち着く配置を考えた方が良いかと思う。人にもよるけれど、上の階が少しうるさ過ぎた。 "

"It was a nice stay. There are some great features to this place. It's beautiful, has great updated amenities, and it's perfect for a relaxing trip. However, the website was hard for me to use and it was difficult to get anyone on the phone who speaks English. This made booking a room difficult, as well a working out some details of my stay.
