難忘的一夜

服務人員非常親切，食物美味。重有 DIY 溫泉蛋玩，大人小朋友都喜歡。最後可考慮增設私人浸浴和增加房內設施。

The receptionist was friendly, however, the attitude of the manager was unacceptable. Since we were attracted by the private on-sen inside the room on the website, we requested for such room when we made our reservation. (We are 8 persons/4 rooms) As we arrived, the receptionist tried to arrange for us, but the manager refused & asked for an surcharge with 7500Japanese Yen/per room. So we decided to give up 3 rooms with private on-sen and requested only 1 room for our friend (which celebrating their wedding anniversary) the receptionist discussed with the manager again, the unhelpful manager say no again. We don’t think it was so difficult to offer one room only. It made us disappointed.

진짜 온천도 좋고 아저씨도 친절하시고 송영버스도 무료로 구라요시역까지 가서 너무너무 좋았어요 다다미방도 안덥고 안갑갑하고 따듯하고 넓습니다 담에 다시 돗토리 간다면 꼭 다시 가보고 싶네요

なかなかの施設、ロケーション

温泉施設はなかなかでサービスも一定のレベルありロケーションは素晴らしいです。 夕食の対応も改善点はありますが良いかと思います。 ただし、受付の館内電話での対応があまり気分良くなく(たぶん、一人だけだと思いますが、、、)残念でした。

非常推薦！職員都十分友善！地方寧靜，每早都有酒店車出倉吉站，職員也會問回程什麼時候接我們回去。環境好美，這次訂了一泊二食，也很美味！住了3晚，每一晚都不同餐！下次去的話，也會是首選之一！剛好生日，酒店也送了小禮物！

東郷湖が眼前に広がる、抜群の景色に感激しました。湖上に突き出した露天風呂も最高でした。夕食は品数が多くて食べ切れないほどで、コスパ的にも大満足でした。また行きたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

주차장에 도착하자마자 직원분이 마중나와서 방까지 안내해주고 녹차까지 타서 줬어요 3인숙박인데 6인실밖에 예약이 안되어서 가격은 좀 비싼듯해요

晴れていたら絶景のお部屋と露天風呂！

あいにくの雨で素敵な露天風呂が堪能できなかったのですが、それでも素敵な露天風呂でした。お部屋も景色がよく清潔で素敵な時間をすごせました。フロントの方が車まで傘を持ってきてくださってお心遣いがありがたかったです。次回は、晴れた日に夕食もあわせて再度宿泊したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

보코로의 숙박

일본의 문화를 제대로 느낄 수 있었습니다. 키노사키온천은 그야말로 최고였지만 료칸안에있는 노천탕도 굉장히 좋습니다. 추천드립니다.
