"This is a great little find and we’ve been back to stay already. There is no pool access yet (May). And it would be awesome to have access directly out to the paseo with a key rather than walk around the front and the TV is mounted way too high for viewings! - but that’s the only criticism and still a 5 star stay!"

"Another lovely stay at the apartment. Location is fantastic and minutes walk to bars, supermarkets, restaurants etc. 7 mins walk to the beach and bus stop to marbella or fuengirola. The apartment is spacious and a home from home in a well maintained residential building. Sun on the balcony in the mornings & lots of home comforts. We hope to return again soon. "My husband and I had a very enjoyable 16 nights stay in this beautiful, modern and fully equipped apartment with beautiful views of the Med. It was slightly noisy from the passing traffic at times when on the balcony but if didn’t deter us from dining on the balcony as well as lounging in the sun. "The apartment was very nice and it was clean. However when we got there the pool and hot tub had been dug up. The pool and hot tub on pictures looked lovely but obviously not useable. We had come for a few days to chill by the pool! We discovered this on our second day (first day was getting bairings and shopping) so we immediately looked for other accommodation, we moved the following morning. I hope we will get some compensation as what we paid for we couldn’t use."

"We had a great time at this apartment. Air con was efficient, great view, close proximity to everything needed. Great restaurants nearby and nice swimming pool on site. Management contact was easy and swift. Only recommendation we have is that the bath and hand towels could have been a better quality. Otherwise, everything was good. Thank you."

"We stayed at Frank's place from January 21 to Feb. 25, 2024. The place was in top shape, pictures reflect exactly. Frank was quick to respond to our every question before and after booking. The large apartment was comfortable, clean and very well equipped. The welcome package was greatly appreciated - coffee, bread, milk, cheese, ham, eggs, butter and even a bottle of Spanish white! The apartment was very spacious and clean and the patio and roof terrace was very well equipped with everything you would need. It’s a great place to stay if you want peace and quiet but only approximately 5-10 minutes walk to shops,bars and restaurants.Lynn the property manager who looks after the apartment was always available if needed. "The location is perfect for anyone looking to visit Puerto Banus. Staff were great. The apartment size was great but the furniture and decor was a bit tired and dated and needs to be updated. However, if you don't plan on spending much time in the apartment its a good trade off for location"
