"Great budget hotel! Clean, comfortable and conveniently located just a two minute walk from Shin-Yamaguchi Station. Was the perfect place to rest after having arrived late in the evening. Breakfast was great. If you need to leave early, get downstairs for breakfast early as it gets busy! Would recommend!"

"A fine property. A bit of a walk to the hotel. Most small shops are a walk - Matsuyas was like 5 or so blocks? McDonald's is 1 block. Family Mart is like 4 blocks.
The lobby had a small assortment of drinks and candy or chips.
