The view of the lake was breathtaking and the room was decorated so nicely. The General Managers and staff were so helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is generous and delicious. The spa experience was top notch and Jasmine, my therapist was so intuitive and had a wonderful touch. The Grand Halai is one of the best experiences I’ve had top to bottom.
