"The property is well run with a very good breakfast. Unfortunately it rained steadily while we were there so we never made it to the beach. Good parking and convenient to the downtown restaurants. Bit pricey in my opinion but not a bad place to stay."

"This was our second stay at Spencer House. The hotel is very eclectic but clean and comfortable. Definitely the feel of a Bed and Breakfast. We like staying in St. Mary’s in our travels because it is not far off Rte 95. Lisa did a great job with our breakfast. Penny and the rest of staff pleasant and helpful."

"I liked the pool area and the apartment was clean and spacious. I didn't particularly appreciate facing the street and hearing the traffic. I thought i was getting an apartment with beach access but it would've been a long walk. It was only a six-minute drive but I would've liked that to have been made known in the beginning."
