Very helpful staff. A very traditional Japanese breakfast with no Western options. Up a long hill from town but if you don’t have a car hotel will pick you up from station and also take you to town for restaurants etc. then pick you up. Nice onsen with outdoor option. Big rooms. Nice views.

Excellent Dinner and Breakfast! Room was very spacious and clean, staff was kind and friendly and spoke good English. Onsen was amazing, very nice view. In the morning, one can look out of the window and enjoy the breathtaking view of the morning fog covering Yufuin City like a snowy blanket. Will definitely come back here!
