We especially enjoyed the free bikes with children’s seats - it was so easy to bike along the boardwalk right outside, and our sons are already asking to go back. "

"Room was big with great view of the Sun moon lake, though the property needs refurbishment as the grout at the toilet requires maintenance. Hotel was located very convenient to the night street next to it and within walking distance to the Pier to engage in activities."

"It was sometimes noisy in the evening due to events and Karaoke. The breakfast wasn't adapted to "Westerners". The pool and SPA were not available. Personnel didn't speak much English. Location in general good, specially for kids, got a "rural" touch, and close to theme park and SunMoon Lake."

However, the stairs to get from the parents's bed to the children's loft were uncomfortable and a bit scary to climb down. The staff did their best to help but since none spoke English, we could ask for practically nothing. "
