"We enjoyed all the pools, beaches and restaurants. We had great service at the Faro restaurant, and the staff there was amazing. They made us feel very welcome and on our last day there we even received a thank you card from the staff. My complaint is that I wish they would have an early check-in for guests whose flights are early in the morning. Instead of being honest and saying our room wouldn't be ready till 3, they told us to check back every couple of hours. Our room was still not ready...

"the food is good at El Patio on the property. I ate other places and regretted it. It's very quiet, and chill. The pool is usually empty because the beach is right there and it's clean, and Chairs to sit at and also, they will bring your food out to you.
