"I’ve been here 5times, it has gone down significantly. Staff was not as helpful as before, everything is no longer all inclusive snacks in room, alcohol in room, room service. Did not get waters to room unless asked for everyday. Housekeeping didn’t give towels or need the correct amount."

"Very clean spacious room. Staff was amazing and very friendly especially fun at the swim up bar 😊. Hotel small but never felt crowded or had to wait for service anywhere. Staff always had a smile. The whole resort is very clean and well maintained. The biggest draw back I could say is the lack of night time entertainment once dinner is over there isn’t really much to do, but there is one amazing event that occurs around 9pm sea turtles start coming up onto the beach right in front of the resort and they have a turtle sanctuary unfortunately no babies hatched while we were there. But, watching them come up, dig their nest and return to the ocean was an awesome experience. You do have to take stairs to get down to the beach (but not to see the turtles great view from up on patios). Beach clean beautiful soft white sand and life guard watching over. Also, I would give one suggestion to resort.. since room cleaning is every other day I would suggest at least 2 wash clothes per person on the room 😉 Great resort and staff. Highly recommend."

"Everything was amazing besides the AC not working on the rooms. And by not working I mean it was barely blowing any cold air. We were sweating all night long and not able to sleep."

"Food was all pretty good and tasty. We tried all the restaurants and they were great! We had the Preferred club status and our butler Bruce was awesome in all his communications daily and anything you need! The preferred club bar area is a nice touch to relax in. All the staff really goes out of their way to be pleasant and helpful and really seem to want to make your stay the best while you are there. The housekeeping is there a couple times a day if you want to keep everything clean and stocked, but if you want to have privacy, they will respect that as well. The entertainment team was great! The nightly shows like the rock night and the boy band night were all done great and the band was excellent in the piano bar!! The AC in the rooms was great! We've stayed at too many other resorts there where the AC was just barely adequate but couldn't get any cooler when you want it to be relieved of the July heat and humidity, but it definitely isn't lacking at all here. Pools are great and activities are fun! This is the place to go for a nice relaxing luxury resort and not have to worry about it being a crazy party place but the fun and entertainment was all just right!"
