"Perfect location and service, but rooms need an update. I had a mixed experience during my recent stay. On the positive side, the location is unbeatable, the staff were wonderful, and the breakfast was truly fantastic. However, while the hotel is marketed as 'vintage,' the room furnishings felt more outdated and musty than charming. Practical issues, like drawers that didn't work, made the stay less comfortable. "As an animal lover, I absolutely loved this hotel - there were animals everywheree! The "beach area" is perfect because there is no sargassum, the water is beautiful and there is lots of fishes everywhere. Food was good overrall but it you had to make sure to reserve dinner restaurants in advance and we were late to to arrive the first day so we missed that day and the next day, that part sucks. The dinner buffet was decent, they do "theme" nights so that was interesting. The beach buffet and the tacos/pizza were our favorite. Overall great hotel in terms of scenery, animals and ambiance. Food I think could be improved on in the buffets. Would definitely be back thouu!"
