"My stay was very pleasant, the place is wonderful and very quiet even though it is in the tourist district. I also forgot my charger so they sent it to me on Phuket Island. Their focus on customer satisfaction"
"Reception lady is very kind , the common area of hostel is spacious, both the shower and restrooms are clean, what’s more , the location is central and safe ! High recommend this hostel !"
"We stayed for one night, it was a comfortable room. Good surroundings, a bit hard to get their local transportation, we used indrive all the time, took a while for them to accept it because of the price bargain, so have to wait until we get a driver, all in all it was pretty decent stay and place."
"Went there for one night and thank god that’s it. Water leaking all over the floor, wasn’t given a pillow or sheet/duvet. Top bunks are about a foot and a half from the ceiling. Toilets are dreadful and stink. I think doors are always unlocked as I wasn’t given a key to the room despite a late check in"
"My room was clean and kept well stocked with towels. The landlady, Bee, is very kind and has great insight to what's happening in the area. The bed was a bit stiff, but after a few nights I had adjusted to it"
"ho prenotato camera matrimoniale. mi hanno dato camera con letti singoli.
struttura vecchia camera piccola non corrisponde nella vostra descrizione della struttura in bagno il lavandino perdeva da molto tempo c era il segno marrone.
il letto materasso appoggiato su una struttura di legno se ti giravi nel letto scivolavi sul pavimento
per fortuna ho solo pernottato una notte e di notte c era gente che facevano casino
come detto orribile
mi dispiace che non ho fatto le foto"
"I love love love this place! It was so cute and welcoming! The staff was very friendly and helpful, responding quickly to any questions or requests. The entire place was very clean and well maintained. It was easy to get a Grab car for food or transport to Million Pillows as well. I highly recommend this hotel/hostel for your stay!"
