"My family stayed in the property for over a month, while we explored Wales and visited some friends in the Swansea area. The small village up in the mountains was absolutely beautiful, and the check in process was simple with a lock box and independent arrival time. Lorna was responsive when we had questions and had reccomendations for exploring the area and restaurants.Anyone staying should plan on topping up the electric and gas immediately. We were aware of the pay as you go scheme, but 3 of us got to the property late on a Thursday and were out exploring all day Friday, and then left first thing Saturday (due to split arrival dates of our family) to stay in a hotel in London. Despite very minimal usage and no heating at all - When we returned Sunday the electric and gas were off, and the companies wouldn't take payment over the phone. Luckily you can pay at the post office just a few doors up, and I happened to get there with 1 minute to spare before closing. Not a problem but renters should be prepared. Also if you are renting for an extended visit know that laundry facilities are minimum of 20 minutes away and expensive.The accomodations are rustic but adequate.Everyone in the village was very friendly and accommadating. "

"The property is part of an ongoing development within a hotel. However, building works started after I left for my days out and had finished when I returned. The studio was simply excellent and had everything I needed for 4 nights. I had a lovely stay in the area and no concerns about the property. "

"Really lovely little hideaway in an amazing location, great communication from host. Inside had everything you need for a comfortable stay. They even left us some strawberries to enjoy. Great place fir a relaxing quiet get away"

"This was a quirky apartment, lovely hot tub. mainly our fault as on arrival found access to loft impossible due to our mobility issues( we should have noticed this). No where to sit comfortably or eat, No plug anywhere to use kettle safely( really needs addressing) Only one cereal bowl . We had booked two nights but,only stayed one night as couldn’t sleep on floor another night . The ladder to the loft bed was made up and had no safe weight limit on it, as an engineer for safety reasons in a rental property, I would have though this would be a requirement. "
