They greeted us with warm smiles and made the check-in seamless. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any requests truly made our stay special. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself was incredible, the decor, atmosphere and ambience was second to none. "The room was so tiny and there was virtually no storage space. Also quite warm in admittedly warm weather - the small fan was not adequate. Very limited (paid) parking. BUT our hosts were excellent as was the breakfast and the place was very clean. "
