"The coffee maker did not work, the tub’s faucet constantly leaked all night long. There was blood on the floor in the bathroom. I didn’t know if I was walking on a crime scene, or a woman’s worse day. For breakfast I was one of the first people there. I felt like a child who had snuck out of bed and asked for a glass of water the way the staff treated me . I was scared to grab a muffin or some coffee.
