At 2am the room next to me started playing rap music extremely loud so i call the front desk and nothing was done for nearly an hour. I checked out and requested a refund which they would not give so I'll dispute the charge with my credit card provider.
Red Roof customer service offered to give me 50% off which was not good enough. I slept in my car.
