"Staff was very nice at hotel, the reservation lady that doesn't work at the hotel, very rude and obnoxious. The beds are comfortable, view was the best; however the floors were dirty and sandy. The parking lot is awful no way do they have enough parking for all guest. I would stay again, but I don't like the parking issues, so probably won't."

"I was here last year for my birthday and it was as awesome as this year. This year we came for my granddaughter’s birthday and they literally made her feel special like a Princess . So grateful the Hyatt made her birthday amazing. The staff is great . Front desk people were friendly and kind. The room was clean and beautiful views with amazing sunsets. Breakfast has really great choices to eat. And let me add ,best hash browns .The pool is great temperature . They have lazy river but the floats are not uniform therefore you take what’s floating around . They supply towels which is plus when you don’t want to carry things around. The food was very good another plus to stay in the resort to enjoy beach and pool . Now the beach last year the chairs and umbrella was included this year it wasn’t. It was a little pricey to get every day I definitely liked when it was included but overall It was great and I’ll recommend Hyatt Place in Panama City Beach . The parking is across the street and you get use to it but don’t get caught in the rain it’s a little walk . The area has everything you need right across from restaurants, stores , movies even Walmart and Target for beach toys and needs . I hope whoever comes enjoys it as much as my family and I had. We had 3 rooms and all were great. We will be back ."

"I liked the hotel, it had plenty of rooms, parking, my dog was allowed with me, they had a part of the beach private so I was able to go out to the water at my leisure and late at night, they also had a very nice tiki bar, plus many other good things."

"Location was excellent, staff was attentive & kind. However, the place needs a complete overhaul. It is run down, doors dont shut good, curtains broke , tub leak, stairways are horrible. The pool was great. View was great, it’s just not up to par for an oceanfront RESORT,,"

"The room itself was very nice and comfortable. It offered a nice kitchenette and closet space. The rooms didn't get cleaned daily though. When asked by the staff about cleaning the room, we were told that the rooms get refreshed every two days. Ours didn't get refreshed until the third day. Also they charged a deposit for incidentals, and tell you that it is returned to you within 5 to 7 days but upon check out we discovered that we were actually charged $10 per day for parking that will not be refunded and it was not disclosed prior."
