"Everything was exactly as it looked online. Communication with the host was easy and pleasant. My family and I loved staying in a place that was more comfortable and convenient rather than a hotel room where we would all be bunched up together. This was my first time staying in a place other than a hotel and I would absolutely do it again. It's like having the convenience of being at home with all the necessary things you would need. "The original plan was for me and my husband to stay at this cabin. He got sick and had to stay home. So I brought my 10 and 12 year old with me. "Family and friends came up to stay for Memorial Day weekend. We had a group of 8 combined of adults, older and younger teens. Checked in late on Friday night and went to bed. Next day we discovered some issues that were quickly addressed and remedied by the owners. The house is comfortable and enjoyable. We greatly enjoyed our time out on the lake and it is a beautiful area. We would stay again!"

"The inside is full of unique touches. The view is phenomenal! The driveway is not for the faint of heart! Brandon was very helpful and quickly addressed our concerns- no internet and bears turning over garbage. The inside needs to have lightbulbs replaced. The outside was in need of a cleaning. "Everything was clean, all towels and amenities were provided as stated. We completely enjoyed our stay there. We had no complaints. The smart TV is a little dated and slow, but we weren't there to watch TV. I would say it was a great stay, and Georgia Mountain Rental was available to us whenever we had a question and was always pleasing to talk to."

"This was a wonderful cabin for our family vacation. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the decks, the spacious interior, and s’mores around the fire pit each evening. The kitchen was well stocked as we cooked most meals here. The cabin is perfect situated between Young Harris and Hiawassee with many outdoor activities and great restaurants and vineyards nearby. We would highly recommend for other families looking for a vacation in this area."

"We have been to this property before.We enjoyed ourselves.The only negative is that the owner wasn’t aware that the dish tv wasn’t working so we weren’t able to watch the local channels.He did come out to see what the issue was but we were able to watch Netflix .I would recommend this property and return when available"

Lovely place for the price!
"Loved the look of the Lodge! The room decor was nicer and more interesting that a run-of-the-mill hotel, and the staff was lovely and helpful. We liked the smart tv in the room, and the WiFi speed was adequate. There was quite a bit of noise shared from room to room. I don’t think anyone was unreasonably loud, but we could hear our neighbors snoring! Also, there was no microwave in the rooms, but we could use the one in the breakfast area. All in all, I would recommend this as a place to stay for a few days. We enjoyed our stay, and found lots to do in the area."
