"I have stayed at this hotel brand multiple times in Japan, and everything was fine until this parking guy. He was the rudest person I have ever met here. He kept a straight face the whole time and barked orders like an ICE agent: “Hey! Get the luggage out! Hey!! You need to drive your car in the garage yourself! Now!” This man lacks the most basic respect for guests. The stay itself would have been a 4.5 star rating without him. Avoid if you value polite service."
