"Our grandchildren came for several visits and overnights. It was great. The cottage is very user friendly and was quiet. The surrounding areas uncluding paddock was a bonus for our Shetland sheepdogs. The walking trails were fine. We had a fantastic stay."

You really do have your own private beach front. We went kayaking, which was so nice and collected a bunch of shells. The sunsets on the beach every night were incredible. It isn't adequately stocked with even a counter cleaner, toliet paper, paper towels, 3 forks.I asked if we could be provided with a few things including batteries for thermostat that were low, few fans (place does not properly cool) She was out of town and told me to buy whatever I needed to make our stay better and she would reimburse, which she did. "The cottage and location were amazing. We went for a couple of walks around the property and were a little disappointed that the lawn had not been mowed. Also the Keurig coffee maker needs to be replaced. The size of the cottage was perfect and it was very cozy. We had a problem locking the front door and it took us a while to figure it out.
