"A wonderful house and amenities, exceeding our expectations. The back yard is a great size and the beds are really comfortable. The Directions on the welcome email is a bit backwards. Your have to turn Left onto Murray Road, then Right onto Hoskin Road, not the otherway around!"

"The place was excellent with plenty of open kitchen & dining space as well as more private spots to read a book or chill out. In terms of location its absolutely perfect. The house is barely 2 minutes walk from the beach and fronts onto a walking trail leading to a local reserve. There's an outdoor shower which is great for containing the beach mess if you have a large group. Black Point is great for paddleboarding and was only 30 min drive from Watsacowie Brewery in Minlaton. The only downside is that the outside porch could have been cleaner when we arrived but compared to the many upsides, this was very easy to look past. Would stay again in a heartbeat."

"Place was neat and tidy, nice yard, BBQ was covered with white mould so couldn’t use it without a really good clean, back sliding door rollers are shot so opening door was a bit awkward with one hand full. Over all a nice place but for the price a little bit more attention to detail required. "

Beautiful spotHowever, on arrival, we found the fridge had squid ink left from previous person, the toilets and bathrooms weren’t left clean, and the floors hadn’t been swept…. Luckily, it was a quick cleanup prior to unpacking, but an inspection prior to arrival would have been great! Other than that, our stay was lovely殺"
