A cute 2 bedroom Victorian property only 5 minutes to the heart of York, home to Europe’s largest gothic cathedral. Located on a row of terraced houses built for the factory workers at the famous Rowntrees chocolate factory (now Nestle). A high chair and travel cot are included for families with a baby / young child.

My house is in the heart of York. Within a 5 minute walk you can reach a wide variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. I recommend walking in via Monkgate and then Goodramgate. Also take a walk along the York Bar Walls to explore the city from another perspective.
Walking is the best way to get around the city. (York city centre is mainly pedestrianised.) If you are looking to take a day trip out of York, catch the Coastliner bus from York Station to either visit Leeds, Malton or the East Yorkshire Coast.
Our listing warmly welcomes guests for stays of over 21 nights, whether you're visiting for business or pleasure. Enjoy a comfortable, well-equipped space designed to make extended stays both productive and relaxing. With amenities tailored to meet your needs, this property offers the perfect balance of convenience and comfort, ensuring a memorable and hassle-free long-term experience.
