Charming historic building. Excellent staff and service. Beautiful location, with a great view of the ocean. The room was nice. Simply furnished with everything you'd need. I would definitely stay there again.

We’ll be back!

Jay and the manager were wonderful! Funny, full of great information, and they made us feel so welcome and at home. The french toast bread pudding at breakfast was delicious, the Ship Pub is so fun for happy hour, and our dinner at 1637 was delightful with a beautiful view. We added the cheese/fruit/cracker plate to our room and it was so yummy and perfect for late night munchies!

This was an amazing place to stay. The breakfast was good and the view from our room of the ocean was beautiful. The grounds were beautiful as well. The parking was a little tight at our house but we all made it Its a old home restored and beautiful. The huge tub in our room was wonderful after a long day. The staff could not have been more friendlier.

My son had his wedding there on Sunday. I chose this location because it was exactly what they wanted: an ocean view, outdoors, quiet, and not over the top. It allowed the families of the bride and groom to meet and spend some quality time together. The setting was beautiful and charming, with its heritage buildings adding a special touch.

I thought I would be staying directly across the street from the beach but we were given a room a half mile away from the main Inn that we had to drive around in circles to find it. Other than the location, the room was beautiful and having a bar and restaurant downstairs was nice. Our bathroom was as large as the room itself. Having a coffee station with water 24/7 was a plus. The area is beautiful and the breakfast at the main inn is top notch.

We are in our 80s. Bathrooms should have raised toilets and a bar next to the toilet to help the resident get up. The restaurant food was good. breakfast was good.

A Getaway in York Maine

This was a quick get away for my husband's birthday. We chose York Harbor Inn because it was close to the water and had a room with a deck at a very reasonable price. Although it was too cold to be out on the deck, the large window in the deck door let us see the water and sky. The hotel restaurant had a high end restaurant with excellent food and service. The morning breakfast buffet was very good. The room was clean and comfortable - the mattress could have been a bit more cushy. We would definitely stay here again when the weather is warmer!

We stayed at YHI for a wedding venue and it didn’t disappoint. Very beautiful park ceremony followed by a reception and dance in the ballroom that was fantastic. Would definitely recommend staying at this Inn in the future.
