Newly renovated 3 bedroom 1 bath ranch/cottage- Very quick, direct 5 Minute walk to beach! Located off of Beacon St on private lot.
Premiere central beach location!
Recently remodeled kitchen, very Clean and comfortable Cottage! Open concept kitchen/Living room, large sunroom to get a quiet read or nap in! and a spacious landscaped yard and deck. Off street parking for 3 cars. 2 Queen beds , 2 twin beds and futon. Fully appliance Kitchen, combo keurig &carafe coffee maker.outdoor table and chairs. Outdoor shower, Private street, safe yard for children to play!
Wi-fi and Cable Beds have blankets and Pillows ,and Sheets (Supplied for stays LESS than seven days ) (Saturday to Saturday considered 7 days). BATH & BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT SUPPLIED ( kitchen towels and bath hand towels are supplied) Washer and Dryer available for stays of seven days or more(light loads only please) gas grill is on back deck Plenty of space to spread out and relax after a beach day!

Perfect beach getaway

This house had everything we were looking for- walking distance to the beach, very close to shops and restaurants and close to nearby towns. Very clean and had everything we needed.

Great Cottage Close to Beach

Our family of four had an amazing week at this very clean and comfortable cottage located very close to Long Sands beach. Will be back for sure next summer!

Great 2 night stay

We usually get a hotel room when visiting York for a couple days but thought seeing we were with our grandchildren we would try a house. We were so happy with the house, location, and communication with the host. The house was very clean, it is walking distance from the beach but in a quiet setting and when we had a question, the host responded in a timely manner. We would definitely stay there again.

Quiet property

This property is located in a very quiet side road away from people and traffic. It has all the comforts of home most people would be looking for. Mike is a very communicative host. If we were ever to come back to York Beach we would hope this property would be available.

July 24 stay

This house is well-appointed and in a great location, and the owner is easily available for any concerns or issues. I recommend it highly, with the possible caution that all entrances into the house do involve a few steps, so if that is a concern, please plan accordingly. Everything you need is on-sight or available nearby and I would not hesitate to book here again!

Cozy and clean

The cottage was extremely clean and comfortable. We loved that there is a washer and dryer. The enclosed nicely finished front porch is a great place to relaxe (watch TV, play cards, sleep) and it's separated from the main living space making it perfect for a family. The only down side is there is one bathroom - but the outside shower helps.

So good I don't want others to find out about it!

My family has stayed here twice and both times it was a fantastic time. Very clean with great amenities, easy walk to the beach and convenient to all the other great spots around York Beach. Looking forward to going back!

Great location

The house is located in a great location off of the busy road with yard space to use. The outdoor shower was very nice. Thankful for multiple AC units and very handy to have a washer and dryer.

Mike puts great care into his property! Everything is super clean, the space is beautiful & well planned. We’ve stayed here for two years now & new things have been done to the property to maximize its convenience & appeal even more. This house is great all around & you can’t beat the location- we look forward to many more family vacations here!
