"Great place, it was the only one in the area that a family of 3 was able to stay in one room ~ our room was like a dorm with two bedrooms and a kitchenette, which was nice to have a little space from kiddo for the night. Staff was really helpful when we had questions, and had a list of food places when we asked for suggestions, so that was really great since we weren't familiar with the area! The room was clean and comfortable, and had 2 pillows per bed."

"The condo was nice, looked exactly like the pics depicted. It mostly had everything we needed except any kind of food wrap as we had brought some of our own food to make while we were there, but it would have bern handy to have zip locks or tin foil to wrap things in when we needed to. Also the check out was horrible. I was told on the phone that we could check out at 12pm, but the cleaning lady was there at 11, and tried multiple times to come into the condo while we were still in there...

"Hot tub was empty, air conditioner didn’t work so the temperature inside was 25 Celsius most of the time. They promised to have someone come out to help and they never came. Dead bugs stuck to walls, mouldy bathroom. Definitely not a “Luxury” stay or worth the price "

"This was our 2nd stay at this property. The suite is clean and nicely furnished and equipped. The location is very quiet, and well located for activities and visiting in the Niagara area. The restaurant downstairs, August, is excellent for dinner and breakfast. "
