The Good: As an American, the breakfast is much better than what you are offered in American hotels. Also this hotel is extremely close to the airport. The hotel is attached to a half dozen restaurants in the adjacent shopping complex. A/C worked well in the room. The room was very clean and modern. The Bad: The hotel is literally on top of a SmartFit gym. Starting at 5am in the morning until 10pm there is a continuing thumping from weights being dropped. The noise is reverberated throughout the hotel during the day. The Conclusion: I will personally choose a different hotel in the future. My partner’s family lives Yopal so we visit recurringly. I think it was a bad decision to have a big box fitness gym in the same building underneath hotel floors. And the gym really should have a “no dropping weights” policy.

Hotel que debe mejorar la atención al cliente .

El personal del Lobby no es amable . Si se pregunta algo pareciera causa incomodad . El Hotel en sus instalaciones tiene unas camas muy pequeñas para una pareja . No hay servicio de room service en la noche . En general el hotel no es amigable por parte del personal que atiende el lobby . La ubicación es buena , el desayuno es bueno pero no hay posibilidad de pedir unos huevos recién hechos pues lo cobran adicional . Por el mismo precio en Yopal se consiguen mejores hoteles y más amigables con el huésped .

La ubicación es muy buena y la atención excelente. Si lleve vehículo hay que coordinar en el momento del checkin porque no es un parqueadero exclusivo del hotel.

El área de alimentos en el desayuno es estrecha pero funcinoal, el tema si es que tienen poco personal para las bebidas calientes y cuando hay muchos huespedes se agotan muy ràpido los alimentos y toca esperar a la que cocina los prepare nuvamente.
