"It was good. The amenities were nice and the staff helpful. The elevators were convenient, and the room cleaned well everyday! A bit far from Fulton street station to walk everyday, but the R and W lines were easily accessible from the corner subway entry"

"Location! Spent a bit more to have three beds and an incredible, walkable location. That part was perfect. This is a charming old building and it was a lovely stay. Parking and early/late check in/out charges are pricey, but expected. The meal tickets available for different options and breakfast are fantastic, especially with kids."

"Small but clean rooms, lots of hot water and good water pressure, quiet both inside and from outside (I routinely stay on high floors so can't vouch for quiet for the lower ones), very helpful and friendly staff, close to restaurants, bars, public transportation, and theaters, and the rates are reasonable. There is free coffee 7-11a and breakfast foods for purchase."

"Small boutique hotel with loads of character. Room was clean. Window A/C during an August evening had to be set low to keep the room somewhat cool, just comfortable. Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Rather quiet for being so close to the busyness of the city. Close to everything we planned in Midtown."
