"First of all, the photos shown and the actual facility were completely different. We were told that we could fit 5 people in the unit but it was small, dirty and cramped. Furthermore, the bathroom was moldy and the shower head was broken. There was used soap (with someone's hair left on it), used toothpaste and dirty towels left for our use. "At 12:20am someone knocked on our door while we were sleeping and said they gave us the wrong room so we had to change it. We checked in around 6:30pm but it took them about 6 hours to figure out that we were given a wrong room. I specifically asked where's the bathroom during the check in since I knew we were getting shared bathroom.
