위치와 가격만 괜찮아요.

정말 급하게 결정된 여행이라 위치랑 3급 호텔이라는 것만 보고 예약을 했는데 같은 3급인 다른 지역 신라스테이와는 비교도 안 되는 곳이었어요. 잠만 자고 바로 나올 곳이라 괜찮겠지 했는데... 막상 가 보니 이름만 호텔이지 사실상 모텔 느낌이라 이런 곳에 익숙하지 않은 사람은 상당히 기분이 불편했습니다. 장점: 에버랜드와 아주 가까움. 가격이 저렴. 단점: 화장실 변기가 충격적. 다른 단점도 있지만 위치 좋고 가격이 싸니까 다 받아들일 수 있었는데 변기는 좀 심했어요.

청결 최악입니다

최악중에 최악입니다 오래된건축을 뭐라하는게 아닙니다 객실 자체를 청소를 안하는거같아요 남들이 사용한 머리고무줄이 그대로 있고 침대도 물론 사용흔적 그대로고 화장실변기는 곰팡이 그대로에 샤워실은 누가 똥싸놓은줄 알았어요 살다살다 이렇게 더러운 곳은 진심 처음입니다 사장님은 이런 마인드이시면 영업하지 마세요

객실,인프라 좋아요

하나 남아있는 작은 객실을 예약했는데 도착시 마침 비워있는 큰 객실이 있어서 친절하게 내주셨어요~사장님께서 참 친절하시고 일하시는 분도 친절하셨어요~중앙난방이라서 따뜻한데 조절이 안 되서 약간 건조하네요~그것 빼고는 괜찮습니다~주위에 식당,편의점,카페,에버랜드도 가깝고 꽤 괜찮은 위치입니다~담에 한번 더 갈 생각입니다

에버랜드 갈때, 잘때 없어?

어른3명은 침대에서 1명은 바닥에서 잠을 잤어요. 마루바닥 사이가 좀 벌어져서 좀 그렇긴 했지만 잠은 편하게 잤어요. 침대 바로 앞에 욕실과 화장실이 떡하니 있어서 좀 불편했어요.불을 켜면 방안이 환해요.남편은 좀 불편하다고 하는데 전 넓어서 좋더라구요.에버랜드 가까워서 방을 잡았는데 2박하는 동안 편하게 있다왔어요.거리도 가깝고 옆으로 5분만 가면 식당이 잔뜩 있어서 2차 3차 까지 놀고 들어와도 걱정 없었어요.적극 추천해요.

혈압올라~~

진짜 불친절합니다. 주차에 대해 묻자 근처 아무대나 알아서(??)대라고 하질 않나 돈 더 내야된다해서 숙박인원 체크하고 결제했다니 호텔스닷컴에 따지시던지요(??)라고 하질않나 고객을 소위 말하길 자기 아랫 것 대하 듯 한 태도구요.. 로비 나오다 보니 다른 분께도 돈 더내야한다 어쩐다 그러고 있더라구요ㅋㅋㅋ 돈내고 기분 더럽고 여행 기분 망치려면 도전해 보세요^^

주인 없는 호텔 관리 엉망

최악 사장없음 지배인 엉망 1. 먼저 예약했던 숙소가 입실이 10시라 취소하고 q호텔 예약 2. 호텔스닷컴 아이디가 있는 내가 혼자 여행간 동생 대신 예약해줌 3. 호텔스컴바인 측에서 예약문자 동생(실사용자 등록)번호로 안보냄 4. 동생이 실수로 면저 예약했다 취소한 문자를 Q호텔에 보여줌 5. 지배인이라고 주장하는 남자 그 뒤론 확인하지 않고 동생이름으로 예약된 거 없다고 여기 아니라며 나가라고 함 6. 문자 잘못 보여준 것이고 Q호텔 예약한 거 맞으니 확인해 달라고 여러번 요청했으나 묵살 7. 6번의 주장 끝에 확인하니 동생이름으로 예약된 거 맞다고 함 8. 현장에 있던 동생에게 끝까지 사과 안함 9. 내가 전화해서 주인 통화하고 싶다고 하니 주인 없고 호텔에 안온다고 함. 잘못한 거 맞으면 사과해야 되는 거 아니냐고 하니 미안하다 끝 10. 너무 기분을 망쳐서 에버랜드 가서도 기분이 다운되서 여행망침

최악이네요

9살 아이랑 에버랜드 이용후 밤늦은시간 숙박하였는데 하수구냄새가 어찌나 심하던지 잠만자고 얼른 나가야지 생각했는데 정말 아침이 더 문제였네요 지하방에 투숙한줄 착각할정도로 빛이 전혀 들지 않아 9시가되도 옆에 누워있는 아이가 보이지 않을정도였어요 나가면서 카운터에 물어보니 더블에 싱글침대 있는건 1층밖에 없다니 가족여행 가시는분들은 꼭 참고하세요

😟😕🙁☹️😠

This was not a hotel but a motel. Amenities included a condom? Front desk staff was unpleasant after checking in. After second night stay, room was not cleaned and we called. Again, his attitude was unpleasant as he did not inform us about leaving the room key in order for housekeeping to clean and replenish. Door lock beeped in the early morning hours. We asked to check on it and he changed the batteries but it kept beeping again. We called a total of three times to change inclusive of the request to buy new batteries as it was lacking four out of eight battery slots. In the beginning he changed only two but we requested to change it. Overall, it was a saddened experience. It was our first dissatisfaction.

It’s alright

Well I thought that the junior suite included a bathtub like in all the photos but it didn’t. We did go down and ask for a room with a tub and he switched our room however to a smaller room. If you want bathroom privacy this isn’t the place because the wall to the bathroom is well not super private, so hopefully you’re super comfortable with who you’re going with. Pillows are a bit hard. Everland is about a mile away. Lots of food places close by.
