"Excellent amenities, with a kitchen and laundry in the suite. There is a rental fee for cutlery etc if you want to use the kitchen; we didn't use the stove but the microwave and fridge was very useful to us. There are also two conbini across the street where you can buy laundry soap and other amenities and two theme parks that is great for kids and are walkable from the hotel. "今回4人で女子旅利用させて頂きました！なんといってもオーナーさんがとても優しいです！個人的に色々質問させて頂いて、宿のことだけではなく、飲食店や、ダイビングショップも紹介して頂きました。度々質問させて頂きましたが、優しく丁寧に教えてくださいました。私たちが泊まった時は曇ってましたが、写真の通り、とても清潔で綺麗で、目の前に海が広がってます。建物自体も新しくてよかったです。私たちは夜遅くついてしまったのですが、日が暮れてしまうのかなり周辺が暗いので、泊まる日はまだ明るいうちに買い出しとかをして、ゆっくり過ごすことをおすすめします。泊まるだけにしてしまうのはもったいなさすぎるくらい、立地もよいです。翌日も古宇利島や美ら海水族館にアクセスがいいので、観光も含めて楽しめますよ！"

The location was beautiful and peaceful with a beach walking distance and some restaurants near as well. The apartment itself was lofty and the jacuzzi was the cherry on top!! "事前にチェックインの詳細を連絡いただいていたので、スムーズにチェックイン出来ました。部屋番号がキーボックスに書いておらず分かりにくかったのですが、自動ドアゲートの所に記載されていました。少々戸惑うかもしれません…。お部屋自体はとても清潔で、備品も揃っており快適に過ごせました。トイレと浴室も2箇所ずつ設備されています。キッチンも使い易く、ツール等の配慮も有り難かったです。周辺は目の前が海、そして長閑な田舎にポツンと立地しており、とても静かな雰囲気でロケーションも抜群でした。ただ、近所にスーパーやコンビニ等が無いため、車移動が必須かなと思います。柔軟剤、キッチン用ポリ袋が無かったので、必要な方は準備して来ると良いかと思います。総じて素晴らしい施設だと思います。"

"Staff was friendly and professional. If you are a foreigner that speaks English almost every sign I saw was translated. The amenities were on every floor and were quite convenient. There is an Izakaya on the property that serves a complimentary mixed sashimi dish if you show a room key. The atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant. As we do not drive a car we did a lot of walking and took local transportation whenever possible. If you happen to stay here there are some local attractions such as Pineapple park and Fruitsland which I recommend for the kids (we enjoyed it as well). Most of what we experienced was by walking. The hotel is pretty close to the beach and the view is stunning. We did a lot of exploring by foot and found ourselves at old town Nago which led us to discover many hidden treasures. This was a trip we will not forget. Thank you again to the staff at Phoenix Park Hotel for making our stay so enjoyable."
