Haneda Excel Hotel Tokyu - Haneda Airport Terminal 2

"The reason why I chose this hotel was because I arrived Tokyo late at night past 9pm. I did not want to be bothered with transportation after 13 hours flight. But it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. When I first stepped into the hotel lobby, it looked nothing fancy. More like a 3 stars hotel. But the room size and bathroom size were very decent. Very comfortable size. Breakfast area is also open and roomy. Breakfast offers Western and Japanese options. I stayed all together 8 nights at the hotel. The terminal building where the hotel is situated is super convenient . It offers many stores for shopping souvenirs, restaurants, money exchange, drug store and convenient. Transportation is also very convenient. It’s like the hub for Monarail and some of the main subway lines. I was under the weather the last few days before my departure. I did not feel like going into Tokyo. But I was still able to buy some souvenirs to bring home for friends. I will definitely stay at this hotel if I go to Tokyo again."

"Pour un prix raisonnable à Tokyo la taille des chambres était bonne. Il n'a pas de personnel on doit s'enregistrer automatiquement. Par contre s'il y un problème du personnel viendra vous aider. Gestion japonaise efficace. Pour info il y a une navette pour se rendre à l'aéroport en 15 minutes"

"The parking valet, location, and view was excellent. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. The front desk staff was not particularly helpful. Both nights of my stay, my room key did not work. It took a while to resolve and I had blisters the second night from walking so much, making it extra annoying. They forgot I was staying a second night and forgot to warn me that the streets would be closed when I arrived."
