"Sami stayed late past his shift to make sure we arrived in shuttle alright and what else we may need. From before booking, he responded to my inquiries immediately and helped me arranged for the shuttle pickup, confirmed pick up for the hot air balloon ride, and then reserving rooms. Other staffs at breakfast were attentive, foods were fresh and tasty, water offered throughout the day, and they invited us to hang out in the office area while waiting for the taxi ride back to airport which he also set up for us. FIRST CLASS service through and through. Hotel is in Göreme town walkable to the fairly chimneys and many restaurants and shops. We are completely satisfied with our stay. Not just us, I saw and heard other guests offering praise and asked to take pictures with Sami. Beside the excellent services, the place is super clean and modern. "

"Royal Stone House is my favorite hotel in Goreme. I have stayed there 3 or 4 times over the years. The staff is amazing, wonderful breakfast every morning and wonderful views. You can see the hot air balloons rise when the weather is good enough for them to be in the air. Highly recommend Royal Stone House."

"The property is located in the center. A lot of restaurants to choose from. The staffs are helpful. We arrived late,2am and Murat was there to meet us and took us to our room. Turan is very attentive to our needs and provides good communication. Would love to stay in this place again. Highly recommended!!"
