Find Hotel with a Concierge in Yellow River Basin

"This was our fourth stay at the Wyndham in Xi'an. The service was great and the concierge was especially friendly and helpful. It's a beautiful hotel and very convenient to the sights of Xi'an. The only complaint we had was our dinner at Tang. My meal came much earlier than my husband's. In fact, I was finished eating by the time his arrived. "

This gentleman had gone above and beyond the call of duty in helping us with arrangement for transportations and dinner reservations. He's a gem. In terms of breakfast, the selections are good, but I wish there are more or maybe change up daily so it doesn't get boring. "Nice property in a great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had to check in early and altho they could not provide a double bed room, they provided the next best option with a nice view. Concierge was very helpful. Would have been great if they responded through expedia portal or had another contact ahead of check in to book tours through."

"Amazing property with the best view in Beijing and proper 5 star experience which has become a rarity even among properties that are rated 5 star. Check out the pillow menu, I recommend the lavender. The cristal steam room on the 67th floor is worth mentioning as well. "
