"Great place to stay in Taiyuan. All the rooms are on the upper floors of a tower block - ours had a great view over the busy city to a lake and distant mountains (when the smog cleared!) The facilities of the hotel are top class and there's an excellent Chinese restaurant - great choice of delicious food at reasonable prices. On the other hand the breakfast wasn't particularly good value."
