"This has to be one of if not the favourite property we have stayed in anywhere in the world! A combination of brilliant hosts, a lovely house and a stunning location are hard to beat. Oliver and Maria were attentive hosts with lots of communication before and during our trip and they were happy to assist with pretty much everything from arrival shopping, car hire and organising wonderful massages for all the family, we really couldn’t recommend them highly enough. The house is lovely, permeated with the incredible smell of orange blossoms (orange tress in the garden!) with lots of gardens and coffee on the balcony in the morning with that view of the mountains…There are lots of amazing mountain hikes, both on the doorstep and within 10km, we did some stunning routes taking in lovely villages like Pampaneiro, really not to be missed. This really is an awesome place to have a holiday, the house has everything you need, inside and out including aircon in all the rooms, a lovely pool, incredible mountain location a short walk from a lovely town with restaurants, shops, bars and lovely cafes. "

"Location is the best! The view from the living room is great! Communication with the property manager was flawless, always available and friendly. "I benchmark a 5 star experience against chains like the Peninsula. This was a total surprise. Ski weekend and this hotel is perfect. The staff is all in sync and have consistent, excellent professionalism and are just nice people. So many conveniences here for skiers. Right at a chair lift. On site ski rental. Parking. Shuttle. I actually liked the hotel food!!! Nice bar. It really surprised me. The only thing i could possibly critique is the room.doors are not totally soundproof but we didnt have any problems. Will stay again."

"Stayed at inside plaza for 6 nights, we booked a studio room but were given apartment 34 which had a separate sleeping area which was lovely. Comfy beds and nice sitting area and the location was perfect. Short walk in ski boots to both lifts and right in the heart of town. Supplied with cleaning products , soap and shower gel so the only thing we needed were more toilet rolls. We usually stay at the Melia but thought we would try an apartment and please we did. Would highly recommend and would stay again…. "
