"The location and staff for this hotel were very good. After touring the entire city it became clear that this hotel is in the best location. The staff was always very helpful. We had one tour scheduled to start early in the AM so the staff was eager to prepare a breakfast for us to eat in our room as their breakfast time did not start until 8:30. "We loved this little place. They provide welcome champagne and snacks on the cute little rooftop terrace. And they were very sweet. They spoke absolutely no English which was a challenge but, we managed! They give you a beautiful little breakfast in your room. The room is very spacious and the neighborhood is a nice and very quiet at night. restaurants and great sights are close by. They do have parking but my goodness it is a very very small space. But it is secure."

"We booked this apartment the night before our arrival. The next morning I got an email in Spanish asking when we were arriving. I replied in English. We arrived a few hours later and the concierge contacted the owner by phone. Although this was all in Spanish it appeared we had no booking! "A true gem. We love it. The staff was amazing. Got upgraded to a spacious room with a balcony overlooking the city. Best view in town. Much better than many of the other views from restaurants and cafes. Staff very helpful and charming. Amazing sunrise views and beautiful tranquil evenings. I would come back any time. Made our Valparaiso all the more enjoyable and fun. Thank you 🙏 "
