El precio demasiado alto para lo que era. No había aire acondicionado en multiples habitaciones y aún asi los precios eran altos. Al igual, había una cucharacha semi-muerta en nuestra regadera.

Muy tranquilo. Aunque me tocó sin gente, el lugar es muy natural y relajante. A pesar de que sigue siendo 'selva' y hay insectos y flora, está bien cuidado y limpio.

Mejorar los guisos del bufete; más variedad.

El personal muy amable, la comida no fue de mi agrado, no se esmeraron en los alimentos en la festividad de las madres ningún detalle, la variedad de bebidas excelente, excepto no saben preparar un frappe, enviaron un licuado dulce de chocolate con extra chocolate y empalagaba de dulce; MEJORAR EL ÁREA DE ALIMENTOS; para las personas adultas subir escaleras. Lo recomiendo ampliamente como una estancia tranquila y relajante.

Muy bonita estancia y el desayuno excelente

La propiedad es grande, muy bonita, cuidada El restaurante tiene comida rica y el ambiente del desayuno con música en vivo estuvo genial. Solo pedimos cama adicional y era muy frágil e incómoda.

El hotel es lindo pero nos situaron en una habitación en la que no tenía terraza y la vista era a un terreno descuidado. El baño no tenía casi luz. Y la regadera aún puerta. No había donde colgar las toallas.

Personal muy amable y atento ! limpieza en general buena a excepción de una pequeña piscina en la Entrada, no hay servicio de lavandería ni nada cerca para solucionarlo , la comida muy rica , lástima Del restaurante que cierra a las 2 o 3 pm no recuerdo bien pero no hay otra opción para comer ahí o por los alrededores , de no ser una pizzería en Oaxtepec con servicio al hotel. No hay personal en Recepción después de las 7 pm sin embargo el guardia de seguridad y al parecer un cuidador son muy amables y te ayudan a resolver algún inconveniente. Mucho mosquito , es normal a pesar de que imagino fumigan mucho. Nuestra habitación no tenía aire acondicionado , solo ventilador de pedestal en NO muy buen estado …y es mucho el calor , al parecer hay otro tipo de habitaciones con aire Pero no se incluyen en esta página y deberían especificarlo o dar la opción del aire aunque fuera otro costo la habitación. La vista se ven las montañas y unos terrenos por la parte de atrás A pesar de algunos inconvenientes Pasamos unos días muy agradables !

Todo bien en general, rebte una ha itaciin con ventilador pero no funcionaba el oscilador, la vista no era muy buena ya quedaba a un terreno baldío, sugerencia se puede cubrir con plantas yalgunosarboles. Por todo lo demas bien. La comida buena, la alberca nos gustó y bonito el lugar.

Las fotos que muestran son muy favorables al hotel , la alberca principal está lejos y el servicio de comida se tarda pero es buno , solo que si se tarda en aparecer el mesero, no me gustó que fines de semana tiene un bufete aviento al público entonces estas personas pasen por el hotel para conocerlo y tú estando en la alberca pasan los que quieran y te pueden estar viendo , tiene varias amenidades , la comida es muy rica , el bufete está bueno las habitaciones son austeras , pero funcionan , para ir con niños es una muy buena opción
