"Lovely, clean apartment smack dab in the heart of a hip area of Melbourne. Although busy with eateries down on the street the apartment was quiet and safe. Definitely as nice as advertised. We had a slight misunderstanding about how the apartment and building were numbered, probably based on a different system in the US, but it was cleared up quickly and we were able to enter easily after that."

"We had a lovely stay,the bed was so comfortable ,an added coincidence was a painting in the room had my name in it ‘Kathleen’ and we were in room 1720 my birthday is on 17 August, also on opening the curtains in the morning the hot air balloons were floating past!! All the staff were very pleasant and helpful, my only small problem was no handle in the coffee cup,it was a bit hot to hold, if you keep your cups like that you might want to have some sleeves to slip the hot cup into!"
