★ Sweet Pea Cottage is a luxury tiny house set next door to Summer Cottage with separate backyards.
This 100 year old cottage was recently renovated. Charm plus all the modern amenities.

★ Walk to the village of Yarmouth Port and Dennis Pond beach with lifeguard in season.

★ Bedroom with queen-size bed and luxury mattress, duvet & pillows. Window A/C unit & streaming flatscreen TV.
Please note there is no closet, there is a shelving unit and an area to hang clothes.

★ Gas fireplace in the living room with comfy seating and large flat screen TV. Streaming services only.

★ Large fully equipped kitchen with island and marble counters. Seating for two at the island.
Door out to the backyard and patio.

★ Brand-new bathroom with glass shower and rain head shower system.

★ Lush backyard with ancient trees. Fire pit/seating area plus a dining area with seating for 4.
String lights add some magic.

★ Hammock hung between 2 trees.

★ Washer / Dryer

★ Parking for one car only in shared parking area with the main house. (See pic)

Perfect Getaway

Sweet Pea Cottage was just as advertised and we thoroughly enjoyed our winter stay with the cozy fireplace, lovely neighborhood, and easy access to places all over Cape Cod. The kitchen has every convenience one could want. As the VRBO write-up makes clear, it is tiny, so if one is staying with a friend, it should be a close friend or one whom you have traveled with frequently. For us, it was perfect!

Tiny house is a gem
Spent three nights in this quiet, bright, comfortable retreat. Kitchen has everything one would need. Nice bathroom, good bed. The location is excellent. Couldn’t enjoy the outdoor seating due to rain, but the fireplace helped.

Sweet Pea cottage is so cute and cozy. Aruna and Joe have thought of everything and were so delightful to communicate with. Quiet neighborhood close to pond and delicious breakfast at Jack's, super comfortable bed, great shower, amazing kitchen and great outdoor space. Was a great long weekend and would definitely book again!

Cozy on the Cape
Having grown up on Cape Cod and now returning as a visitor, I cannot recommend this cozy cottage enough. From the cozy comforts and decor to location and superior hospitality from host Aluna, this is undoubtedly a special find. I will be recommending Aluna's cottages to anyone who visits from near and far. Be sure to walk to Light House Keepers Pantry for coffee and takeaway for the beach or Jack's Outback for a true local experience (both locally owned and operated!). And don't forget to take a fresh-water dip in Dennis Pond. This is a perfect spot to get the Cape Cod expenrience with a local touch. We hope to be back soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Adorable cottage on the cape!
Sweet Pea Cottage is exactly that! The sweetest little cottage, with high end amenities. I am so thankful I chose to stay at here, and will absolutely be returning. Amazing location!! The pond down the street was adorable and perfect to catch the sunset. Already looking forward to my next visit :) Thanks again to the amazing hosts!!!

Fantasic stay!
Lovely, warm, stylish and so comfortable. Perfect central location for day trips across the cape. Then coming home at night to a luxurious space to relax and light a fire whether inside at the fireplace or outside at the fire pit. Hosts were wonderful and attentive. Highly recommend!!

Relaxing Getaway
Really enjoyed our weekend on the Cape. The cottage is the perfect size for 2, nicely decorated, overlooking a private tranquil backyard. Host offered early check-in and late check-out since, since the bookings allowed it. Would definitely return in the future, hopefully for a little longer stay next time!
