"Great location to Universal Studios Japan. If you want an inexpensive option for the area this was great. Room was not overly clean they could do a much better job on that end. Limited personal hours at front desk. Do not show up early as no one there until 4pm to check you in. Only about a 10-12 minute walk to universal which is what makes it great"

"This place was a brilliant home base while exploring Osaka and the wider Kansai area. While it's not on a JR Lin if you're using the JR Pass, it's a 5min walk from the closest subway line, so despite it looking far out it's actually really close. "You get what you pay for. For the price it is a very reasonable stay, the biggest problem for me was the cleanliness of the AC and the balcony. This is an unmanned facility so I don’t believe they clean as well as other hotels, but other than the AC being very dusty everything else was fine. A very average hotel room but spacious. If you have the budget I would recommend some place else, but this is by no means a bad place to stay. It is a budget hotel"
