"Daryl, the manager, took great care of us, as did all the staff. Had two dinners and two breakfasts, all the meals were great! There is no onsite parking so either find a parking spot on your own or pay for parking in one of the lots. There is a loading area right by the hotel door, so we were able to check in, get our luggage to our room and then find parking. There is no luggage rack or closet, except for a small open rod that had a 7-8 hangers - had to leave suitcases and bags on the floor....

"Clean and tidy and within easy walking distance to the restaurant and bar (Lakeside). The staff were warm and friendly, prompt and professional whilst serving. Highly recommended to visitors. I woul recommend however that the aged or disabled go for Accomodation at the lakeside hotel as there is a 100 yard climb to the lake houses from the restaurant."

"We ßrrived later than expected due to traffic issues on the motorway,however the staff were great,very helpful and supportive of our situation.Made us feel very welcome.Lovely room and we enjoyed the vibe in the restaurant."

"A good room and great location. Dinner was spoilt by burned meat in the steak an ale pie which was below the standard of all else at this hotel. Would stay there again. "

"Room was nice but small . Breakfast staff friendly. Considering it was double would.not expect bathroom to.have a small.cloakroom size sink with no where to put anything and shower cubicle not spacious . Bed comfy. Felt we got short straw on room . Bar feels odd having to register for a table to sit inside and felt conducive to a warm welcome. Chose not to eat in pub "
