"We loved this condo! Beautiful scenery, every review I read said they loved watching the dolphins. Nobody said we would spend hours on the balcony watching the dolphins antics. The neighborhood was peaceful. We did have one issue or maybe more like a recommendation, please get more comfortable mattresses they were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Overall the place was wonderful and would love to come back one day"

"This was our first time to Cedar Key. Their place was perfect. Updated, had everything we needed, close to the pool, “beach” area, downtown area, pier, it was just what we needed for the our weekend getaway. The kids (older children late teens/early 20’s) even enjoyed themselves. Dinner and lunch we had at Steamers was phenomenal! Our waitress Barbara was the sweetest lady ever! The place was really clean and taken care of, we will definitely be back. The stairs are a beast lol so be ready to...

"The condo was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The deck overlooking the water faces southeast and provides very nice views. We would definitely stay on the first floor next time, had my mom with us and the stairs were a bit of a challenge. Pelican Realty folks as always responsive and make the stay easy."
