"Communication before checking in was nearly non-existant and only one response in Korean only. Check in is at 7pm and it is 10,000won/hr if you want to check in earlier. It is confusing how to check in when you get there. The door to the room opens to the parking lot, and to enter, the attendant showed me a “room return” button to press. I said that anyone from the street could then enter our room (see pic), and he said people couldn’t come in because there was a cctv camera (??). When we went...

"처음부터 너무 친절한 사장님한테 반했는데 중간중간이랑 마지막까지 친절하신 모습에 너무 감동받았습니다.. 추울까봐 미리 방 데워놓고 물도 주시고 숯도 부족한지 계속 확인해주시고 퇴소할때는 핫팩까지 ㅠㅠㅠ 방도 너무 깨끗해서 강아지랑 너무 좋은 시간 보내고 갑니다. 여름에 또 올거에요!!! 사장님 감사합니다~~!!"
