Great choice

Absolutely loved this hotel. Staff is awesome, so are the rooms. I appreciated that breakfast was different every day so not to get tired of it. Location excellent as is a walkable area. I want to thank mostly the staff at the reception for being so communicative to arrange pick up at the airport, etc. For sure will be back and of course, I highly recommend this place.

Nice smal hotel downtown

Great small hotel. Mind you the lobby is on the ground floor. The rooms are on the fourth floor. There is no elevator. But nice room. Always be sure you book a room with a window. Staff is a great help. They speak good English and know Yangon. Room are fine.

Endroit correct au cœur de Yangon

Hôtel correct pour Yangon si ce n'est que certaines chambres sont au 5e étage ça grimpe dur. La bouilloire ne fonctionnait pas et personne n'a su me la remplacer, le personnel est parfois tête en l'air. Sinon l'hôtel est très bien situé, relativement calme et le petit déjeuner est passable. Mais pour le prix ça reste convenable

Os funcionários são prestativos, especialmente para ajudar com as malas já que são vários andares de escada para subir e descer. O café da manhã ok! Quarto limpo, banheiro limpo, o interruptor da energia do quarto não estava funcionando muito bem, TV com vários canais e inyernet ok. Bom custo-benefício.

Huono hinta-laatusuhde

Liian kallis hinta laatuun nähden. Huone oli siisti, mutta siellä ei ollut ikkunaa, suihku oli wc-pöntön päällä ja huonekerroksiin vievässä rappukäytävässä näin 2 kertaa rotan. Sijainti oli kuitenkin erinomainen, katu ei ollut meluinen ja aamupala oli ihan ok.

ห้องพักไม่พร้อม ฝากกระเป๋าไว้ แล้วช่วยเอากระเป๋าไว้ในห้องด้วยหลังจากห้องเสร็จ พนักงานรับปากแต่ไม่เอากระเป๋าไปที่ห้อง ห้องพัก อยู่ชั้นบนสุดต้องเดินขึ้นทางบันไดหนีไฟ ตลอดระยะทางเดินขึ้นห้องพักเห็นรองเท้าแตะวางระเกะระกะ ทางประตูเข้าห้องพักของแต่ละชั้น และมีขยะบางส่วน เมื่อถึงหน้าห้องพนักงานเปิดประตูห้องให้ เปิดแอร์ให้แล้วเดินออกจากห้องพักไปโดยไม่มีการอธิบายใดๆ เราวางสัมภาระ แล้วมองหากระเป๋าเดินทางที่ฝากไว้ ก็ไม่เห็นเดินสำรวจดูรอบๆห้องก็ไม่มีห้องน้ำให้ใช้ จึงเปิดประตูออกดูจึงรู้ว่าห้องน้ำต้องแชร์กับลูกค้ารายอื่นๆ ซึ่งเรารับไม่ได้กับโรงแรมนี้ จึงเดินออกจากโรงแรมนี้แล้วจองโรงแรมอื่นแทน เมื่อพนักงานเห็นเราเดินออกจากโรงแรมจึงรีบเปลี่ยนห้องพักที่ดีกว่าให้ แต่เรารับไม่ได้แล้วจึงถามหากระเป๋าเดินทางที่ฝากไว้ ปรากฎว่าอยู่อีกมุมนึงของเค้าเตอร์เช็คอิน โรงแรมแห่งนี้นับเป็นโรงแรมที่เลวร้ายที่สุดที่เคยเข้าพักมา เอาเปรียบลูกค้า ไม่สนใจลูกค้า ตอนแรกจอง 2 ห้องเพราะมีพนักงานเรามาพักด้วย แต่ต้องยกเลิกไป 1 ห้องเพราะพนักงานเราติดภาระ มาไม่ได้ยกเลิกห้องก็คืนเงินไม่ได้ทั้งๆที่ยกเลิกก่อนวันเข้าพักหลายวัน เราทำธุระกิจโรงแรมเช่นกันแต่ไม่เคยเห็นโรงแรมไหนจะเลวร้ายเท่าโรงแรมนี้ เราเคยเขียนรีวิวนี้ให้ Expedia ไปแล้วครั้งนึง และนี่เป็นครั้งที่ 2 ถ้าหาก Expedia ไม่ทำไรเลยกับโรงแรมนี้ เราจะไม่ใช้บริการของ Expedia อีกในอนาคต แล้วจะไม่เอา Resort และ Service Apartment ของเรา Join กับ Expedia ในอนาคตเช่นกัน Resort: Dreamcaught Treehouses Chiang mai Thailand 50150 Service Apartment: Freedream By Dreamcaught Nonthaburi Thailand 11000
