"This was my first stay at MGM Shenzhen. As a new hotel, its facilities are top-notch, and the beach wasn't too crowded. I had afternoon tea at the East Wing café — the beef sandwich, bagel, and smoked salmon croissant were all delicious, and the prices were reasonable. Special praise goes to Ms. Svea Sun at the front desk, who handled my check-in key process. She took the time to explain the membership benefits in detail and noted down the issues I encountered with my newly registered M Life membership. She was extremely patient and thorough. This will definitely be my first-choice hotel on my next visit to Shenzhen."

"I had an amazing experience at the Hilton Garden Hotel in Shenzhen. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The amenities are top-notch, and the overall atmosphere feels both luxurious and calm. What stood out the most was the level of service — truly outstanding. The team goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel comfortable and taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel whether you are traveling for business or leisure. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shenzhen."

"lovely hotel. saw lots of kids and dogs so very family friendly. Room was large, view was nice, had a kettle to make tea/coffee which I always appreciate. Breakfast was decent, a few vegetarian options and the freshly made juices were really good. There's an arcade with games but the pool table/cues are in bad condition and unlike my previously hotel you had to pay to play the games which felt a rather ungenerous for a 5 star hotel, same with the little train ride you can take around the building, surely a 5 star hotel could include that in the price of the stay. nothing is walkable from here except the beach. overall it was nice, staff were friendly and we slept well."
