"This hotel was decent. Nice looking. But not as fancy as the pics portray. But I would not recommend to stay here. For one reason. When I got there around 5pm to check in. No one was there. I had read this happened to others in a few reviews and I ignored it. I had been up since 4am, roaming around the sacred valley all day, and I was exhausted and dirty. "We had a lovely stay at the Parwa Guest House. Our room had a wonderful view overlooking the ruins in Ollyantaytambo. It was also very convenient for walking to the train station for our early morning trip to Machu Picchu. The owner recommended a restaurant in the square which ended up being one of the best meals of our trip. Highly recommended!"
