The Steamboat Grand

"I wanted to give 5 stars because overall we were very happy. The hotel is beautiful. The staff are very professional and friendly (unusual for mountain towns). Unfortunately, they were a little understaffed (maybe due to it being the off season). One night there was one person driving the shuttle bus to town and working as the valet. That's not fair to that employee. I pulled my car out of valet and switched to self parking. The mattresses and sofas are pretty hard. I was in pain each morning. The pool and hot tub are the perfect temperatures. We loved them! We had plenty of coffee pods for our three day stay. It was nice to not have to ask for more. The gym is the bomb. It's huge and all the equipment was well-maintained."

"The Disco Chalet was an awesome choice for our Steamboat adventure. Easy instructions and communication with the host on arrival. It really felt like a home with all the amenities you could need. The space was fun with ample places to lounge and relax inside, and a great back yard and porch to soak up the sun. The rooms are big, the beds and linens 10/10 and the bathrooms are very nice. You’re only a 10min walk to old town for all the restaurants and shopping you can handle with lots of access to hike and bike trails and activities as well. Would recommend for family and friends trips all year around, there is always something to do in the Boat!"
